An art broker is suing Axl Rose of Guns N' Roses for $1.15 million, claiming that Rose reneged on a deal to pay $2.36 million for a portrait of John Lennon by Pop Art master Andy Warhol. Instead, according to the lawsuit filed Sept. 11 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rose has paid $1.21 million and is refusing to pay more.

Now that’s a serious matter. Self portraits are the hardest thing that painters would handle. If the price is not right why take the risk of doing such a thing for someone? Did both parties agree on the price prior to the selling of the portrait? This is however easy if both signed on something to seal their agreement.
