A federal judge early this week said that attorneys representing underage sex victims of financier Jeff Epstein inappropriately aired out accusations against law professor Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew.
Judge Kenneth Marra of Florida struck on claims made against an English royal and an American attorney that surfaced in a civil suit.
Allegations made against Andrew and Dershowitz filed by plaintiffs involved a court request to allow two more alleged victims ---“Jane Doe 3” and “Jane Doe 4” --- to be part of the lawsuit.
The suit alleges the prosecutors to have violated the victim’s rights by not directly consulting with them while in the middle of negotiations and entering into a 2007 deal with Epstein.
Lawyers Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassell said that Epstein forced Jane Doe 3 (a minor at that time), to have had sexual relations with both Dershowitz and Andrew numerous times.
Marra said that lurid accusations made by Jane Doe 3 weren’t relevant to lawsuit merits.
