A tech firm that ran through a tech-and-political scandal received help from federal investigators and the media to bring out evidence for a planned RICO and intellectual property litigation against several defendants.
The project is a program purposely made to recover damages, inform the public of any wrongdoings done, and to make sure small business and taxpayer crimes will not recur.
The firm’s patented intellectual property was looked over, as requested by the defendants, given to third parties without authorization, copied, and then utilized for worldwide distribution. Disclosure and federal information indicate the defendants spent millions of dollars of replicating and abusing the technology. They haven’t paid a single cent to the makers of the technology.
The defendants, who said they’re not part of any related groups, were linked to the same individual, a tech competitor, and a movement financier. The defendants flagged the plaintiffs to stop reporting any alleged wrongdoings of the defendant.
The XYG Group partnered with investors for over $1 million to fund the litigation that would hopefully lead to a $1 billion settlement
